Who we are

Creator Goods builds, launches and runs merch and digital products for content creators. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. If you have any question about it, write to us at business@creatorgoods.co.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you fill in the application form:

• your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number
• your YouTube, Instagram or TikTok handle and your number of followers
• what your content is about, what your followers ask you, and whether you are interested in merch, a digital product or both

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To answer your application. We look at your public channel and audience and come back to you with a plan.
• To work with you. If we start working together, we use your contact details to run the project and pay out your commission.

We process this data because you asked us to contact you, and, once we work together, because we need it to carry out our agreement. We never sell your data and we do not send you newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only the people on our team who work on your application or project see your data. We use trusted providers for email and file storage, who process data on our behalf and only as we instruct. If we launch a store for you, order and payment data from your customers is handled under that store’s own privacy policy.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from unpkg.com. When your browser loads them, those services receive your IP address, as with any website.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your application within 12 months. If we do, we keep your data for as long as we work together and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email business@creatorgoods.co and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Serbia this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
